About the Editors

Sharon Sommerhalter and Mariann O’Connor live and work in NJ and have both been part of the internet dating arena for many years. Their stories and hearing about others’ varied experiences made it apparent to Sharon and Mariann that they should put together a collection of true stories about internet dating so that all could enjoy people’s individual journey in looking for love. Although people’s stories are unique, the underlying theme of looking for love is universal. And it is this common theme that all people will identify with whether you are involved in internet dating or not.

Sharon works as an Art Director and has performed on many theater stages in NJ as an actress. Mariann works as a Sales Manager and has had her plays and one-acts performed in the NY/NJ metro area as well as CA and FL. Mariann and Sharon became friends through their love of theater and the creative process. They met at a NJ regional theater and their friendship blossomed. This book is the next expression of their creativity and life experience.

As for Mariann & Sharon, both have had successes with on line dating. Sharon has had luck in finding a long-term relationship on a popular online site. Mariann has met some wacky wonders, great guys and wonderful friends. They are both still pursuing finding their soulmates online.
